Google and Firebase handle sign-in. The portal stores your Google account identifier, name, and email to recognize your account. Progress, bookmarks, daily invitation selections, and reflections are stored with that account.

Private reflections
Other members cannot see your reflections, and Creator Studio does not provide a view of them. Authorized service administrators may have technical access for operating and supporting the service. Avoid entering sensitive medical or financial information.
Billing and service providers
Stripe handles payment details, billing addresses, subscriptions, and invoices. The portal stores a Stripe customer reference and checks subscription status to determine lesson access. Full card details are not stored in the portal. Billing is currently in sandbox mode; use test payment details only. Hosting and member storage use Sites and Cloudflare.
Browser storage and service logs
Firebase may keep your sign-in session in browser storage. Display preferences may also be saved in your browser. Server logs, request limits, and owner editing audit records help operate the service; reflection text is not intentionally written to application logs.

The Aloha Village is operated by Malu Lani Innovations LLC. Contact the business through Malulani Innovations for account or privacy questions. The live-service retention, deletion, and policy details are still being finalized before paid launch.
