What is 21 Days of Inner Vibrancy?
It is Shelly’s 21-day, prerecorded online wellbeing course. The course is organized into three weeks. It is an educational experience, with space to pause and adapt each invitation.
How does the three-day trial work?
The three-day trial opens Day 1 immediately, Day 2 after 24 hours and Day 3 after 48 hours. Only published lessons open. Paid membership continues the same daily schedule through Day 21. A payment method is required, and the membership renews at $33 USD per month after the trial unless canceled. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Current enrollment availability is shown in the member portal.
How do I check enrollment and lesson availability?
Sign in to the member portal to see current enrollment availability and the lessons open to your account. A lesson opens only when it is published and your daily release schedule reaches it. Check availability before starting a membership.
Does membership include live coaching or physical products?
The $33 monthly membership includes published courses marked Included in membership, including 21 Days of Inner Vibrancy. Separately priced courses, live coaching, and physical products are not included. Check each offering in the member portal.
Where will physical products ship?
Physical products will ship within the United States only. Shipping addresses and delivery details will be confirmed through the separate physical-product checkout when the shop is ready.
How do members sign in and manage billing?
Members sign in with a verified Google account. Stripe handles subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices. Inside Your membership, choose Manage billing to update your card, view invoices, cancel renewal, or undo a scheduled cancellation. Invoice documents open in a separate Stripe tab.
What is the refund policy?
Request a full refund within seven days of your first successful membership payment, after any trial. The window does not restart with renewals. Later payments and unused time are non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel renewal anytime in Manage billing. Completing the 21-day course does not end the monthly subscription.
Is this a medical treatment or a fasting prescription?
No. The course is an educational wellbeing experience, not medical treatment, a diagnosis, or a fasting prescription. It does not promise a health outcome. Adapt or skip any invitation that does not suit you.
