Refunds and cancellation

Your seven-day first-payment refund

Request a full refund within seven days (168 hours) of your first successful membership payment. The window starts when payment is collected, after any free trial—not when you sign up. Your deadline appears in Manage billing.

This promise applies once, to your first paid charge only. It does not restart with a renewal or a new subscription. After the window, payments—including monthly renewals—and unused membership time are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.

Separately purchased courses

For a separately priced course, request a full refund within seven days (168 hours) of that course’s successful one-time payment. The window applies to each course purchase. After seven days, voluntary refunds are not available, except where required by law. Email support@malulaniinnovations.com with your account email, course title and receipt reference. An approved course refund ends access to that course; it does not cancel an unrelated monthly membership. A monthly membership cancellation does not remove an independently purchased course.

How to request your refund

Email support@malulaniinnovations.com before your refund deadline. Include your account email and, if available, the charge date, amount and invoice reference. No explanation is required for an eligible first-payment refund. We use the time your request is received; time spent verifying or processing it will not shorten your window. We may verify account and payment ownership. Never send full card numbers.

Request a refund by email

Eligible requests receive a full refund through the original payment method. Once approved, we cancel the membership and end paid access. Processing time depends on Stripe and your financial institution; support can check its status. Sending an email does not immediately change your subscription. You can also cancel renewal in the app while your request is processed.

Cancel renewal anytime

1. Sign in to Your membership with the Google account you used to join.
2. Choose Manage billing → Cancel renewal → Confirm cancellation.
3. Check your access end date and choose Download billing summary to keep a copy.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Active paid members keep access through the paid period; trial members keep trial access until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before your next renewal to avoid another charge. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before the membership ends.

Membership is $33 USD per month plus applicable tax, until canceled. Completing the 21-day course does not automatically cancel it. If you cannot access your account or cancel online, email support@malulaniinnovations.com for help.

Billing problems and your rights

Contact us about duplicate or unauthorized charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or access not delivered as agreed. These are reviewed separately from the voluntary seven-day refund promise. This policy does not limit statutory cancellation, refund, dispute or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Policy effective September 19, 2026. This policy covers digital memberships and separately purchased digital courses.

Physical products

The membership covers digital course content. Physical products are separate purchases and are not currently available through this membership checkout. Their delivery and return terms will be provided with their separate offer.
