Please read these details before starting your membership.
The Aloha Village is operated by Malu Lani Innovations LLC. The $33 monthly membership provides personal access to published courses marked Included in membership, including Shelly’s 21 Days of Inner Vibrancy. Courses marked as a separate purchase are not included. Free courses require an account; private courses require a personal access grant. The member portal shows which lessons are available. Live coaching and physical products are not included.
For eligible new members, the three-day trial includes published Days 1–3: Day 1 immediately, Day 2 after 24 hours and Day 3 after 48 hours. Paid membership continues that same daily release schedule through Day 21. Opened lessons remain available during active membership; renewing or rejoining does not restart the schedule. A payment method is required. After the trial, membership automatically renews at $33 USD per month, plus any tax displayed at checkout, unless you cancel before renewal. Returning members may not qualify for another trial. Review the amount and next billing date in Stripe before subscribing.
Cancel renewal anytime inside Your membership → Manage billing. You keep access through your paid period or trial. Completing the 21-day course does not cancel the monthly subscription. Download your billing summary to keep the cancellation confirmation and access end date.
Request a full refund within seven days (168 hours) of your first successful membership payment, after any trial. This promise covers the first paid charge only. Renewals and requests after this window are non-refundable, except where required by law. Billing errors and non-delivery claims are reviewed separately. An approved refund cancels membership and ends paid access. See Refunds and cancellation for the request process.
A course marked as a separate purchase has its own displayed one-time price. It does not start a subscription or change your membership. Access belongs to the purchasing account and follows the course’s published release schedule. Private courses require a grant from the village team. Your existing purchase remains associated with your account if the public price or access category changes; publication and service availability still apply.
This is an educational wellbeing course. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or a fasting prescription, and does not guarantee health outcomes. Adapt or skip practices that do not suit you and seek individual advice from a qualified professional when needed.
Use your own account and keep your sign-in secure. Course text, illustrations, and recordings are provided for your personal learning. Do not redistribute them without permission, interfere with the service, or misuse another person’s information. Your private reflections remain your own.
Contact support@malulaniinnovations.com for help understanding these terms or resolving a service issue. Material pricing or membership changes will be communicated before they affect an existing subscription. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
